Healthy Hot Cocoa - Food for Balance: Nervous-System-Calming

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup

  • ½ tsp cinnamon (blood sugar support)

  • Optional: 1 scoop collagen for protein

Instructions

  • Warm milk on stovetop until steamy.
