As for my qualifications, I’ve worked hard to build a deep well of expertise. I have Bachelors Degree in Public Health, a Certified Hormone Coach certification and a Behavior Change Specialization. I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, Group Fitness Instructor, and Certified Beach body Coach. Plus, I’ve earned an Athletic Balance Certification and an Online Fitness Coach and Nutrition Specialist certification!
