Hey, I'm Coach K!

Hi, I’m Kiera Davis, but you can call me Coach K. I’m the founder of Coach K Wellness!

I’m a hormone health coach with a B.S. in Public Health and a whole alphabet soup of certifications that reflect one truth: I’m obsessed with helping women reclaim their energy, confidence, and inner fire by getting their hormones, metabolism, and mindset to all work in harmony.

I’ve been in the health and wellness world for over a decade and have spent the last 5 years specializing in hormone health because it’s the missing puzzle piece for so many women. And once you start working with your body instead of against it? Everything changes.

My Story:

At 23, I was diagnosed with endometriosis and constantly in pain from ovarian cysts. The answer I was given? Birth control. Instead of relief, it triggered depression, anxiety, and a version of myself I didn’t recognize or enjoy. I hit a wall and knew there had to be another way.

That moment launched my hormone health journey. I became my own first client: researching, testing, healing. I dramatically reduced my symptoms and learned how to live in sync with my cycle. It was life-changing, and now I help other women do the same.

My approach is designed to give you the clarity, support, and personalized strategy you’ve been missing with your health as a whole.

Coach Kiera

Kiera gas been on her own journey with endometriosis and ovarian cysts is what sparked her passion for hormone health. Now, she helps women finally get answers, feel understood, and take back control of their energy, mood, and cycles. With her background in fitness, nutrition, and hormone coaching, Coach K blends science and compassion to guide women toward real relief and long-term balance.

Coach Kim

Coach Kim is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with 25+ years of experience helping women feel strong through every stage of life. As a mom of four and someone who’s navigating perimenopause herself, she specializes in helping women balance hormones, boost energy, improve sleep, and feel confident again during this season of change.

Coach Abby

Abby (aka Coach Abs!) has a degree in Public Health and a NASM certification in personal training and nutrition coaching. Having rebuilt her own health and habits, she now empowers women, especially those navigating PCOS, to find balance, boost energy, and make lasting lifestyle changes with a “progress over perfection” approach.
