I built Born to Shine because I was once the woman who had tried everything and was exhausted proving it. I understand what it feels like to be dismissed, to feel like something is wrong with you, to white-knuckle through your days waiting for something to finally click.

I have since made it my mission to help women stop surviving their hormones and start using them as the extraordinary tools they are. Every piece of this program exists because I needed it first, and because thousands of women deserve what I eventually found.
