I just completed my certifications through NASM to become a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), bringing even more tools to support you on your journey. My approach blends practical education, emotional support, and a deep belief in progress over perfection.
My journey in wellness started with a personal challenge. I grew up playing sports but struggled to build a healthy relationship with fitness and nutrition. After a season where I lost my sense of happiness and health, I made a decision to take back control. I rebuilt my habits, deepened my knowledge, and reconnected with the vibrant version of myself I knew was still in there.

As a mom of four and someone who’s navigating perimenopause herself, she specializes in helping women balance hormones, boost energy, improve sleep, and feel confident again during this season of change.
