Hi, I’m Kim Rohatinsky! I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with a degree in Exercise Science (plus a minor in Business) from BYU. After 25+ years of informally coaching family, friends, and fellow athletes, I stepped into full-time coaching to bring my passion and expertise to more people.
As a busy mom of four, former marathon runner, and someone who's walked through pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and everything in between—I know what it’s like to feel stretched thin, yet still crave strength, energy, and balance. My coaching is grounded in science, shaped by life, and built around you.
I grew up athletic and competitive—but I also witnessed the dark side of health culture. Watching people close to me struggle with eating disorders at a young age gave me a lasting desire to understand health beyond body size or a number on the scale.
Over the years, I’ve gone through many personal seasons: training for marathons, navigating fertility challenges, healing through miscarriage, raising kids, and adjusting to hormonal shifts with age. Each stage taught me something new about resilience, grace, and the power of movement and nourishment.
I coach because I know what it feels like to want your body to work with you, not against you. I believe everyone deserves to feel strong, confident, and capable—no matter their starting point. The ripple effect of one person taking control of their health can transform families, communities, and even generations.

Abby (aka Coach Abs!) has a degree in Public Health and a NASM certification in personal training and nutrition coaching. Having rebuilt her own health and habits, she now empowers women, especially those navigating PCOS, to find balance, boost energy, and make lasting lifestyle changes with a “progress over perfection” approach.
